Secured Loans - "For Any Purpose"

Secured loans can sometimes offer a good alternative to unsecured loans, further advances from existing lender or remortgaging to a new lender. This is especially so in a situation where the existing lender may not wish to lend any more money (further advance) or if you were going to incur high interest redemption penalties if you switched to another mortgage lender (remortgage). There are many examples of secured loans: car loan, boat loan, home improvement loan, debt consolidation loan, in fact a secured loan can be used for virtually any purpose. Although the interest rate payable on a Secured Loan will usually be slightly higher than on your principle mortgage it is also usually cheaper and more easily obtaining than an unsecured loan.

The amount you can borrow with a secured loan depends on the amount of equity in your property i.e. the market value of your property minus any outstanding mortgage or loans you already have on it. People with poor credit ratings will find a secured loan more easily accessible to them as there is less risk to the lender due to the loan being secured against your property.

You might want a loan that helps you put all your credit in one place and reduces your monthly outgoings. You might just as easily want a loan for a new kitchen or other home improvements. Whatever you want it for and however much you want to borrow, Dean St will help you find the right loan for your requirements.
